RETURNS
We will happily replace, repair (where possible), or issue credit for, any goods which are defective owing to a Truefitt & Hill Azerbaijan. error, e.g. product damaged, faulty texture or fragrance, wrong product shipped, faulty device/container product.
Please send us back your products within 28 days of delivery.
We will refund the cost of standard return delivery and send you a replacement order free of delivery charge provided that you have returned the goods to us in their original condition.

Refunds will only be made against the original debit/credit card used.
For hygiene purposes, any toiletry items that have been opened or used for any reason may not be returned unless faulty.
